Meet the Founder
Franci Girard is a strategic growth executive with 15 years of experience helping companies scale teams, strengthen systems, and improve customer experience. She brings deep expertise across product strategy, marketing, customer relationship management and operations from companies like Goldman Sachs, Nike as well as her own consumer brand.
Known for turning complex, cross-functional challenges into clear operating rhythms, Franci helps leadership teams align around priorities, execute with discipline, and drive measurable growth. Her background as a professional volleyball player shapes the way she leads — with resilience, focus, collaboration, and a strong commitment to team performance.
Franci earned her BA from Stanford in International Relations and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a New York native, passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and exploring cultures through food and travel.
